During her 18 years at Asquith Day Nurseries, her expertise in her managerial role enabled her to successfully operate a 86 place nursery to a very high standard taking it through a journey to being a ‘top ten’ nursery within the company.

After a number of really successful years with Asquith and during this time developing a number of nursery workers to become managers within the company, she pursued her passion for supporting nurseries to enable them to reach a high standard, by working with the managers and the teams at a variety of settings and being involved in multiple positive OFSTED inspections.

Throughout her journey, Libby was involved in other projects such as co-writing policies and ECCER’s auditing. At the companies ‘Awards of Excellence’, Libby won ‘rising star’ award which sits nicely on her office desk!

Libby has two children aged 9 years and 11 years, who both attended her nursery setting in their early years, which gave them a great start to their education. She thought these were the challenging times, however the pre-teenage years bring a whole new definition of ‘challenging’! They are both excelling in school and at home they do well at keeping Libby on her toes!
